We'll ask a few questions about your home and your plumbing. If water testing is the right first step, we'll say so before anyone talks about equipment.
Then we pick a day together. You get an arrival window, not a vague "sometime Tuesday," and a rough idea of how long the visit will take. If a job before yours runs long or a part is late, we call you ahead of time with a new time. We work in Euless and nearby towns like Bedford, Hurst and Grapevine.
